No experience necessary. Verbal movement lessons for everyone.
Have a mat, blanket or soft padding as in most lessons you will be lying on the floor. Also have a towel or an additional blanket for under your head (for side lying positions). Please have your camera on and situated as best you can so I can see your mat/blanket. Wear clothes you can move comfortably in.
