NEURO-MASSAGE
Neuromassage is a therapeutic approach that works with the nervous system to help shift long-standing patterns contributing to pain and discomfort. Rather than forcing change by pressing into tissue, my work is about listening—deeply and patiently—to facilitate the body’s own wisdom in releasing tension.
Our nervous systems hold the stories of our experiences, shaping how we move, feel, and respond to stress. By moving slowly and offering the space to be seen, heard, and supported, I help create the conditions for lasting change. The body knows what it needs, and when given the right environment, profound shifts can happen naturally.
With over 10 years of experience in multi-modality therapeutic bodywork, I offer personalized sessions that support relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Using a blend of techniques—including Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and the Feldenkrais Method—I tailor each session to your unique needs. My approach fosters balance, recovery, and deep relaxation by working with your nervous system, rather than imposing change upon it.
*Neuromassage is a term I use to help describe my work. It is not a specific training but combines the many modalities I pull from.

I am pleased to be certified in Christine Clinton Touch Therapy and can offer massage for those living with cancer.
For years, standard practice was to steer people living with cancer away from massage as cancer was commonly believed to be a contraindication for massage therapy.
The Christine Clinton Cancer Care training program is changing this practice and we now know that massage can be a great benefit to those living with cancer.
