What Is the FeldenkRAIS® Method?

The Feldenkrais® Method is a sensory based education technique that uses gentle, mindful movements and focused attention to help people learn new ways of moving, improving flexibility, coordination, and body awareness by exploring different movement options and selecting the most efficient and comfortable ones.
I
t is based on principles of physics, biomechanics, and human development, developed by Moshe Feldenkrais.

Awareness Through Movement Lessons are group classes where the instructor guides students through a series of movements using verbal cues.
